You’ve analyzed yourself endlessly.
You’ve tried to heal, grow, regulate, optimize, understand.
And yet something in you still longs to exhale.
To soften.
To belong to yourself again.
To feel truly alive in your body, your relationships, your womanhood, your ordinary life.

My work is for women who are not necessarily looking to become someone else, but to return to what has always been there underneath the survival, performance, shame, overthinking, disconnection, or self-abandonment.

Together, we explore what it means to live as a deeply embodied, relational, spiritually connected human being.

My work is rooted in lived experience, deep study, embodiment practices, relational awareness, and years of exploring the intersections of body, spirituality, intimacy, healing, and womanhood.
